Abstract:
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world. Its early symptoms are hidden and its prognosis is poor. At present, there are some limitations in the early diagnosis of HCC. A lot of studies have shown that micRNA-375 is closely related to the occurrence and development of HCC. It can be used as a marker of early diagnosis or prognosis of HCC by targeting the oncogene signaling pathway. This article reviews the recent progress of miRNA-375 and HCC research, providing a theoretical basis for the early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of HCC.
