Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective:To observe the efficacy of teprenone combined with famotidine in preventing and treating gastrointestinal damage caused by antiplatelet drugs. Method:99 patients with gastrointestinal injuries caused by antiplatelet drugs were diagnosed in our hospital from August 2016 to November 2018.They were divided into three groups according to the random number table method, the halmotidine was used as the H2RA group, the pantoprazole was used as the PPI group, and the combination of teprenone and famotidine was used as the combination group, and three groups were treated for six months. Results:After treatment, the combination of PGE2, TXB2, gastric acid secretion and gastroduodenal mucosal injury scores were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), except for TXB2, compared with the other two groups, the difference Statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of teprenone combined with famotidine in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal damage caused by antiplatelet drugs is significant and has few adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
