Effect of early heparin in patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction undergoing primary percutaneus coronary intervention

      ABSTRACT : To study the effect of early heparin on blood flow of infarct-related artery and heart function in patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction .methods One hundred patients admmitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group with fifty cases and control group with fifty cases. They underwent intravenous injection with 4000U unfractionated heparin in observation group while not that in control group.The heparin administration time, activated coagulation time ,blood flow of infarct-related artery, door to balloon time,vessel opening time, troponin T peak,ProBNP peak,pump failure,and left ventricular ejection fraction were recorded in two groups.Results The ratio of TIMI 0 ,door to balloon time, vascular operation time, ratio of high thrombosis load,peak of troponin T, peak of ProBNP and length of stay in observation group was lower than that in control group, there was significantly differenc between the two groups(P<0.05).The heparin administration time,activated coagulation time, ratio of 2~3 grade, left ventricular ejection fraction in observation group was higher than that in control grouin observation group, here was significantly differenc between the two groups(P<0.05).No significant difference in the incidence of slow blood flow between the two groups (P>0.05)..Conclusion Early heparin can increase recanalization of culprit vessel, shorten vascular operation time, improve heart function in acute anterior myocardial infarction patients.
